fetchLeaderboardWithExclusions(

Fetch the campaign's leaderboard with exclusions already applied server-side. The service auto-paginates against Tiltify (default path) or aggregates from tiltify_campaign_donations (date-range path).

Fitness campaigns (TiltifyMeasuredUnit amounts) are dropped server-side — the response only carries MonetaryLeaderboardEntry rows.

Returns Promise<MonetaryLeaderboardEntry[]>

Throws
Error when leaderboardApiUrl is not configured, or when the response is non-2xx.
