Twitch Extension URL disclosure (PRD §6.1). This package doesn't
open any sockets or fetches itself — every URL flows through
@playlive/realtime-pipeline (which lists the default UDP host)
and @playlive/fundraiser-data (REST surface, if the consumer
also installs a fetch tier). Add those packages' URLs (plus any
overrides) to your Extension submission's URL disclosure list.
